Here is a quiz on EQ and VOL - by all means modify to link to your case studies. These are great for revision and my pupils usually make some of their own to test their friends in revision lessons.

I have been preparing resources for the groupings of nations on the unit and have found the above website. HAs excellent 'lessons' and powerpoint slides to modify for your use. Also leaflets for pupils.
