Local paper's response to the verdict to the wind farm at Carsington- clear NIMBY aspect to some of the quotes. This also featured on the politics show where an outdoor debate was held at Carsington on a very windy day!
Local conflict- Carsington Wind Farm, Derbyshire (on edge of Peak District) attached task sheet. The protest group's website is a fantastic resource. The appeal was turned down so the wind farm will go ahead but building has not yet begun.

- I live in Ashbourne and teach in a small department in an independent girls school, so there is just me teaching the AS/A2, so it is great to be able to bounce ideas off other people. I have taught the AQA A syllabus since 2001, so feel confident with the content that is remaining.
